Adoptable HOPE dog, BooBoo says, “I never used to go for walks. I really like walks. Sometimes I still get nervous about people or noises on the street but I’m getting used to them.”
“I’m looking for a special person to foster or adopt me. I’m a strong boy and need to meet lots of people so I can completely absorb the idea that new people and visitors are not scary. Can you help me with that? My HOPE friend says you can call her at 518/669-3466, if you want to talk about it.”
BooBoo is 3 yrs old, neutered, house trained, up to date on shots and tested. He has lived with a small dog and cats (one cat was unkind to him so may have soured him on cats). BooBoo appears friendly toward dogs but will need care on intros and possible guidance on appropriate play. His ideal home would be with a person or family, with some dog-handling experience, interested in working with and educating BooBoo to be the best he can be.
